Customer Information Sheet
We ask that all new customers complete our customer information sheet prior to their
first visit. This form includes the customer’s contact information and the dog’s details (breed, age,
health conditions, etc.).
Health Issues
The groomer may discontinue the grooming procedure if it may cause or worsen a
health issue. In the event of an emergency, we will contact the owner immediately.
Pick-Up
We will call or text the customer approximately 20 minutes before grooming is completed.
Please pick up your dog within 1 hour of receiving the call or text.
Dogs not picked up (and/or dropped off) within a reasonable time will be subject to a $1
per minute fee. Please note that we are not licensed as a dog daycare.
Behaviour
We are unable to groom aggressive dogs.
No-Show/Late Cancellation
If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, an additional fee equal to 100% of your regular grooming fee will be charged on your next visit.
Arriving more than 30 minutes late to your appointment will be considered a No-Show.
Hair Conditions
We put humanity over vanity, meaning we will shave the coat if it is severely matted
to the skin. If your dog is extremely matted, an additional fee may apply.
While we take great care when shaving severely matted dogs, skin irritation, minor
nicks, or stress may occur.
Payment
E-transfer payments must be made on the same day as the grooming appointment, by 12:00
a.m. (midnight). Late payments are subject to a $20 per day fee.
Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken of your dog during grooming for documentation and
promotional purposes. Please let us know if you do not consent to your dog’s photos or videos being shared on our social media.
